Our tasting menu is an invitation to slow down and taste with intention, featuring small-batch jams made from our organically grown berries and crafted to preserve brightness, balance, and character.

Queen’s Jam
A regal union of our organically grown red raspberries and blueberries, this jewel-toned preserve is our take on the classic Swedish drottningsylt, the “queen’s jam” of Scandinavia. Bursting with deep berry sweetness and a bright, nuanced tartness, this timeless blend has been enjoyed at Nordic breakfast tables for over a century.
Ingredients: Organic Red Raspberries, Organic Blueberries, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), fresh squeezed lemon juice, apple pectin

Blueberry Aviation Jam
This fantastic jam is a tribute to the Aviation—the sky-blue cocktail first crafted by New York bartender Hugo Ensslin in 1916. Its delicate balance of bright citrus, violet, and maraschino captured the spirit of early flight and the elegance of a bygone era. We’ve reimagined that harmony in a jar using our organically grown blueberries, a bit of cane sugar, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and splashes of Crème de Violette and Maraschino Liqueur. The result: deep, juicy berry notes intermingled with wild violets.

Cosmo Jam
Inspired by the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail, Cosmo Jam brings together our organically grown red raspberries and strawberries, brightened with fresh lime juice and a splash of orange bitters. The berries lead and the citrus lifts for a clean, composed jam.
Ingredients: Organic Red Raspberries, Organic Strawberries, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), fresh squeezed lime juice, orange bitters
Awards: Newly released; has not been entered into competition.

Strawberry-Clementine Jam
Bright and cheerful, this jam brings together the sweetness of our organically grown strawberries with the sunny citrus zing of clementines.

Anna Jamma Jam
Our sweet pug Anna loves sleeping on the farmhouse porch, waking up only to eat the occasional strawberry, red raspberry, blueberry or blackberry tossed her way. This jam brings together all of Anna’s favorites - a true farmstand-style jam inspired by a pup who knows her fruit.
Ingredients:  Organic Strawberries, Organic Red Raspberries, Organic Blackberries, Organic Blueberries, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), fresh squeezed lemon juice

Black Raspberry Jam
These prized berries (also known as black caps) are notoriously thorny to harvest but worth every careful pick. With this jam, expect layered notes of dark fruit intensity with a hint of gentle tartness that perfectly balances.
Ingredients: Organic Black Raspberries, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), fresh squeezed lemon juice
Awards: Because of the picking difficulty, we don't make enough jars to make it worth sending off to competition (it is the "If You Know, You Know" jam!)

Blueberry-Cara Cara Orange Jam 
Meet the jam that thinks like a mocktail. Our organically grown blueberries blend with rosy Cara Cara navel oranges - naturally sweet with a hint of berry-like citrus. A touch of Angostura and orange bitters adds depth and balance.
