Blossom Meadow Farm's award-winning jams are made in small batches with berries grown organically on our farm in Southold, New York. For weddings, bridal showers and baby showers, they make a gift that is thoughtful, useful and genuinely connected to the North Fork.

Bridal Showers
Jam and brunch belong together. Our jars work beautifully at bridal showers, garden parties and brunches, whether placed at each setting, included in a gift bag or gathered together for guests to take home. Choose a classic flavor such as Red Raspberry or Strawberry, or ask us what is available from the current season.
Baby Showers
A jar of really good jam makes a sweet and useful thank-you for friends and family celebrating a new arrival. Mini jars work beautifully as individual favors, while our four-ounce and nine-ounce jars make a more generous gift.
Personalize Your Jars
Our standard Blossom Meadow Farm label keeps the character and provenance of the jam front and center. We can add a custom cardstock disc featuring names, a wedding or event date, or other simple details for the four and nine-ounce jams. The personalized disc is placed over our signature Blossom Meadow Farm lid label, keeping the gift personal while still showing where the jam was grown and made. Organza gift bags with a signature Blossom Meadow Farm tag are also available to complement your celebration.

Four-Ounce and Nine-Ounce Jams
Our four-ounce and nine-ounce jars make especially lovely gifts for wedding favors, welcome bags, showers and brunches. They are generous enough to enjoy over several breakfasts while still feeling personal and special. Both sizes feature our signature cardstock disc label and are made in classic glass mason jars with metal bands and snap lids.

The berries in our jam are organically grown at Blossom Meadow Farm on the North Fork of eastern Long Island (we are farmers!). Our jams have received multiple International Flavor Awards and national Good Food Awards, but the idea behind them remains simple: grow great fruit and let it shine.
Because we only use the raspberries, strawberries and blueberries that we grow, batches of each jam are limited. When the fruit is gone, the jam is gone.
