30-Day Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Since jam is a food product, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return Address: Please note that returns must be sent to our designated address.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable Goods: Items like food (including jam), flowers, plants, or seeds cannot be returned.
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Sale Items or Gift Cards: Unfortunately, these are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- It may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at blossom.meadow.ny@gmail.com.
