Blueberry-Violet Jam

Our newest preserve is a tribute to the Aviation - the sky-blue cocktail first crafted by New York bartender Hugo Ensslin in 1916. Its delicate balance of bright citrus, maraschino, and Creme de Violette liqueur captured the spirit of early flight and the elegance of a bygone era. We've reimagined that harmony in a jar using our organically grown blueberries, a bit of cane sugar, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and a splash of Creme de Violette. The result: deep, juicy berry notes intermingled with wild violets.   

Ingredients: Organic Blueberries, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), fresh squeezed lemon juice, apple pectin, Creme de Violette liqueur
