Black Raspberry Jam

Black Raspberries (also known as black caps) are back in season and we are excited to have Black Raspberry Jam back on our shelves. These berries are difficult to pick (so many thorns!) but the resulting jam is so elegant, so tasty that the effort is worth it in the end.   

Ingredients: Organic Black Raspberries, Cane Sugar (non-GMO), fresh squeezed lemon juice
